“The phone agent was very nice but did not properly explain the contract. He told me it was 17.6 cents per kWh at 2000+ kWh but the price was actually 11 cents. He never explained that there was a 6 cent fee on top of that and that the price was actually sliding – 18.4 per kWh at 500, 17.9 at 1000, and 17.6 at 2000. I asked him multiple times to confirm the price was 11 cents per kWh and he said yes. The pricing structure was not clearly explained.”

Now I got a late payment fee when I sent them a payment. Starting to think this is a bait and switch company.
